Well orcs gruntapault is extremly for an elf to fight off but if you manage to do it (which requires great micro) then the game is yours. Undead is just insane they are over powered and NE isn't the only race that can't counter anything they have. Human bear tech owns human there's not really a way for them to counter it. Or do a hunt rush they can't fight that off to well either.
Nightelf requires more skill then any other race besides human. Why UD requires no micro just keep a couple statues in the back and use you're hero's. Or send a bijillion skels out they require no micro. Orc's units all have so much life even the grunt or if you gruntapault then you just let the units be the wall for the paults. Winning with human means you are teh l33t
