Well, I would say the best way to play is Job System sir. Since you can customize your characters for doom and saving others.

You can basically make the ultimate character, yes? It's great because in Final Fantasy 5, even with all that help, the last boss can still cream you easy depending on what level you are and how you use your skills. In Final Fantasy 6, I could kill the last boss with normal attacks. Depressing.

I can slay the Final boss using nothing but Offering 2xAtma Weapons at Full life on Celes and Genji Gloves. Good game Kefka.
