It's obvious is it? Just because our universe is ****ing enormous doesn't mean through mathematical probability that there has to be other intelligent life forms other than us. No one knows, so don't act like you do.

LOL, well I can tell you for sure as it's already been accepted that a high probability for other solar systems to have life forms is highly likely (watch some discovery channel and stop being ignorant). I mean use your brain a little. there are billions of other universes with similar solar configurations which imitates the exact life conditions on earth.

Just because our technology didn't allow us to discover any yet it doesn't meant we are the only ones our there.
The same way our life was created in our solar system, the same way other solar systems could have been also. Plus by what scientists said our solar system is young compared to other solar systems or other galaxies.
