As you know, the pressure is huge in my position, as members are complaining to me to get cheeze unbanned, while the entire staff team decided against it. So, the community will decide. Should he stay banned permanently, have his ban changed into a temporary ban, or unbanned altogether.

Keep his ass gone. He's had more chances than anyone here, and he has absolutely no interest in ever doing anything other than what he does. If he earned a ban now, he'll keep earning them...and I for one am sick of this lame-ass "slap on the wrist" nonsense. We need some freaking backbone when it comes to dealing with spammers and trolls.

However, in spite of making my desire to see him permanently banned crystal clear, I know he'll get unbanned. He knows he'll get unbanned. He's banking on it, and taking advantage of you guys being, for lack of a better word, pussies when it comes to disciplinary measures.

The banhammer is about all we have when it comes to rule-enforcement (infractions are a joke), and everyone's too petrified to use it to its practical application because of the dreaded "we could lose an active poster!" idea. Cheeze is NOT going to learn a lesson. If he ever was going to, he would have by now. He's playing with you guys, plucking your strings, and you're dancing for him.

Cut the strings for good, or keep dancing as his playthings. Your choice.
