A simple 56k skin?

It's not actually that hard to make a skin - it's making a good one that's hard.

I have a bunch of crap skins that look like preschool work.

Actually on topic, some of these skins don't take too much time on 56k...but I guess a plain one would be cool, without the buttons (profile pm search buddy edit quote and wahtever you mods get) and just make them text...stuff like that

Before the big crash I was tinkering with a simplified version of the dark D2 skin, but that got put on hold for a while.
I clawed my out of a 17K dialup connection to cable, I feel for those that have to endure the hardships of click and wait.
If we can have something fast and nice, I'm all for it.

I agree, SCGhost doesn't kill 56k when the images are cached, but it does take some time to load.

I want to change that.

I like the darker skins xbn, That blue dosn't fit the Battleforums look, at least in my opinion. :/
