Yeah, I didn't know how to find when the water level was decreasing or when it was fullest. /cry.

New thought: my sister just bought KH2, so I'm going to try that for the first time.

Yeah. The fullest was the one that got me. I know you would have to find the derivative and see the max, but I had no idea what to take the derivative of.

Pretty sure it was just adding the four integrals. 100x^2*sin(x^(1/2)) from 0 to the first intersection; 100x^2*sin(x^(1/2)) - 250 from first intersection to 3; 2000 - 100x^2*sin(x^(1/2)) from 3 to the second intersection; and then 100x^2*sin(x^(1/2))-2000 from the second intersection to 7.
That looks like Chinese to me.

"Arid" would be a great name for a cigarette brand. The box would have a picture of a desert and a warning not to smoke them if you're a huge pussy.

I think I may have been bitten on my back by a brown recluse. =(

If that's the case you need to seek medical attention ASAP, and stop posting.

A ten page essay does not sound fun, but I would enjoy reading it. Care to share?

That is true, but they are still annoying because they are time consuming. :(

I was only on briefly because I had nowhere to go at that time...I busied myself look up stuff on the net concerning bite treatment.

Luckily, when my parents got home they took a closer look. Although it looks a hell of a lot like a bite I saw on the Internet, we're thinking it isn't.

The hypothesis Mom had was that I had scratched the shit out of a big-ass mole/freckle on my back that had been a bit softened by all the sun I got rebuilding the flowerbed. It was bleeding like a mother****er for a while, but by the time she got to look at it, it wasn't anymore...it didn't even hurt, and there's no swelling whatsoever.

We're thinking that it was just a mole that got butched, and had the ill fortune to look damn near exactly like an early recluse bite. I'm not feeling any symptoms, not even any pain at all. We're gonna keep an eye on it over the weekend, see if anything happens with it, but the general consensus is that I'll be just fine...

Gave me a bit of a scare though...I see a brown recluse almost daily, and I've always been a bit worried about them. I seen pictures man, I know what they can do.

So aside from an aching sunburn and a small hole on my back, I think I'm doing pretty good! =)

You don't have to tell me, I dealt with them in basic training. They use to be all over the bay stairwells, we had extermintaors in daily to clean them out, but they always returned in bigger numbers. We eventually had a guy in 3rd platoon get bite on the forearm while coming down the stairs to formation. The drill instructor wasted no time, his arm got all discolored, and the skin started to rot it looked like, they drill instructor had no choice but to take out the gerber and slice away a big chunk of skin to hopefully slow the infection till the paramedics arrived with treatment, and were able transport him to the hospital for fiurther treatement. He ended up having a nasty scar on his arm, and later was recycled back to week 3 from 9. From what I hear during his 4th week again, he got sick from an infection that resided from the bite, and was put out permanetly. I believe he has to take a pill everyday for the rest of his life to keep the infection at bay so that portion of skin doesn't rot anymore, or possibly make it fatal.

Yeah, that's what sucks about Recluse venom...it simply kills cells, necrosis it's called. I read up on it quite a bit last night, lol...

Infections can result, and gangrene is a big problem associated with their bites, but the worst part is that there's no really perfected cure for recluse venom...it's simply a flesh-eating agent that screws you over pretty bad.

I'm just glad this thing isn't a bite, at least we don't think so. It's right on my right shoulderblade, if it had been a bad one it could easily have screwed up the stuff there and made me lose use of my right arm, or if it went deep enough ****ed over some of my vital organs, even spread to my spinal column.
