okay nards, most of you have girl problems, even when flirting with othern erd girls, so im gonna help you out. You can think of me next time u go a date.


Rt's 2 month commitment
It's the easiest way to get 6 packs w/o equipment. (from my point of view)

1.Go on a diet, loose all the belly fat.

2. the 2 months start now.

3. once every day do at least 30 sit-ups and 10 crunches.
if you can't start by doing 3, rest 1-10 mins. do another 3. repeat until u did 30. same w/ crunches. the next day do 4 (+) and rest and do the exact number of situps crunch you did last time.
when u can do about 20+ you cna move on the next step.

4.20 sit ups,5 crunches. rest, 25 sit ups 7 crunches. train you self!
discapline very important. (you have to get off the comp.)
when u can do 30/10 take rest 1 minute rest.

5. after your rest, get on the floor, facing down. bend your elbows (in L shapem lean on them point up your toes so none of your boy will be touching the floor except wrist area and toes)

you should feel that your stomach musle are pretty sore and tight.
Now here the part where u get hte 6 packs.

in position rst, force your stomach musles out ward. (like inflate it w/o air but ur mussles) It will hurt, not a lot but yeah..

after you stomach will be sore (signs your packs are grwoing)

your should get results. If you cant see them, they are probalby covered by your fat.

now do the 30+/10+ once and hte position rst once or twice a day.
the more you do the sooner the results.



if you have an exceise to share (non sexual or gay or stupid) share here. (not common ones like push ups.... unless you got step by step pictures....

Diet is half the battle. Get rid of stuff like pop and chips. Water you should drink much more of. Stay away from places like Mcdonalds.

Don't allways do the same routine at the gym if you do go. Your muscles can somewhat adapt. Use more freeweights than cables if your trying to gain muscle, cables more than freeweights if your trying to tone.

RUN FORREST RUN! Running is a great thing you can do for the body, it's not the hardest thing to do, just do it daily.

Oh yeah, do Pilates, it sounds gay, but it works.

Take up swimming, swim laps for an hour or two everyday, with the diet, or, run an hour everyday.

First day, run 10 minutes straight, then walk 10, then run 10, etc.
Then increase the running time 2 min, and decrease 2 from the walking time, and continue to do this until you run straight out for the hour.

You will get the fat off your legs and some off the stomach, your lungs will be stronger, and your life expectancy will grow.

Strengthen your legs!

Sit on a wall, "invisible toilet".

Fix your legs to a 90 degree angle against the wall, like someone sitting on an invisible chair against the wall. Do this for 2 minutes.

Put both your hands on your head.

Increase the time by 30 seconds each time.
it will hurt, but pain is gain :)

I never followed Richard Simmons... and I don't know how that is relative.

i cant get passed a 4pack... for years...... ive been doing pushups and situps for years and my arms are fine... but situps wont get my stomach passed a 4.. AND IT REALLY PISSES ME OFF! i recently got exercise equipment but nothing for stomach :p

lol today in 6th period this HELLA hot girl, some one asked her if she had a six piack and she was all " a six pack? yeah A SIX PACK OF ROLLS" idk it was just funny then.

well, i sit around, eat sit, eat, sleep, computer and my stomach is still rock hard. thats been my daily agenda for the past 4 years. well now im starting horseback riding but i had a six pack before that..

ech, i hate dieting and trying to exercize, i always end up forgetting to do it and getting really lazy. after a while i realize im not actually doing half of what i want to do, and become fat again.

There are easy ways to get abs without any machines...

First get into the position in the pic in the attach (this my fav way.)

Then, push yourself up onto your elbows and count 1....2... life leg.... 3....4.... go down. repeat but switch legs... its hard to explain.

thats what rst is trying to explain i beleive. its a well known method. If i had a camera i'd show u guys but i cant seem to find my digital camera.
