Rt's 2 month commitment
It's the easiest way to get 6 packs w/o equipment. (from my point of view)
1.Go on a diet, loose all the belly fat.
2. the 2 months start now.
3. once every day do at least 30 sit-ups and 10 crunches.
if you can't start by doing 3, rest 1-10 mins. do another 3. repeat until u did 30. same w/ crunches. the next day do 4 (+) and rest and do the exact number of situps crunch you did last time.
when u can do about 20+ you cna move on the next step.
4.20 sit ups,5 crunches. rest, 25 sit ups 7 crunches. train you self!
discapline very important. (you have to get off the comp.)
when u can do 30/10 take rest 1 minute rest.
5. after your rest, get on the floor, facing down. bend your elbows (in L shapem lean on them point up your toes so none of your boy will be touching the floor except wrist area and toes)

you should feel that your stomach musle are pretty sore and tight.
Now here the part where u get hte 6 packs.
in position rst, force your stomach musles out ward. (like inflate it w/o air but ur mussles) It will hurt, not a lot but yeah..
after you stomach will be sore (signs your packs are grwoing)
your should get results. If you cant see them, they are probalby covered by your fat.
now do the 30+/10+ once and hte position rst once or twice a day.
the more you do the sooner the results.
