All those runewords from that list work, the only problem is that they only give the mod 75% to poison res. and thats it..
Although they could be activated now.

I just tried one, and it clearly did NOT work, showing that all of them probably DON'T Work. Also, Blizzard said 23 new runewords, not 30 billion.

Remember:

this list was discovered right after 1.10 patch was released, so this is somewhat old information and there is a possibility that some of the new runewords might not be in here at all, but is a good place to start looking for those 23 new runewords since we have no other info at this time.

The names of the runewords are listed in the mpq, they are not made up ... my guess is that only a few of these will work.

actually, if you read seifers posts and looked at the screenshots, he "has a dupe", duped items, sold for a semi-godlier item, duped the goldier item, and got godly items (vex, ist, etc.etc.)

As for the single player thing, look at the screenshot, there is another player in there.
