As this fails, u retire and start a WC3 religion, characterising urself as god and all the other WC3 players of the world peons. When u are dyeing u are confident that u will be revived by an amulet u found a week earlyer killing bears in the woods.

I'm pretty sure it is. I don't think blizzard makes a big deal out of it, but they don't support it. I'm sure when you sign up it says somewhere in the terms of service that you can't give your account password out or allow others access to it. As far as selling items and accounts, that's gotta be against their rules, otherwise they are stupid.

Why? Tillerman paid for his CD with his own money, it is his right as an owner to sell his CD-key. Any any items found on Diablo 2 can be traded for other items, gold, sojs, so why not cash? E-bay is a giant international corboration, they dont sell anything that is against the law. If u dont deliver the item or if it disappears (dupes disappear if u enter the same game as the original, and they may also be deleted by blizzard) u may have the police knocking on ur door. Blizzard makes no profit of any items or b.net accounts at all, so why would they care if someone sold their nick and CD-key? As an owner of an item u are allowed to sell it. What if u were selling ur car and suddenly a spokesman from BMW came and told u it was his property?
