Zonefire99 hero editor,PLZ help

hi, i have alittle problem with the zonefire editor, when i try to make white items, everyone says to choose swordsguard, but thats a sword, how do i make it white without choosing swordsguard, and how do i make black items, and how to i get mutilple characters spells onto my character
