So anyone remember last year when I almost accidentally lost a finger?

This year I one upped myself and had a scolding hot pan fall on my arm, creating nice second-degree burns. For summer jobs I'm two for two. Here's hoping next year I don't progress to losing a limb or scaring my face or something.

Almost accidentally? I understand what you mean, but I find that wording amusing...as in "it was almost an accident, but at the last second I meant to lose my finger."

But yeah, how bout you avoid grave personal injury in the jobplace. Closet masochists like you are the reason it's so hard to get good benefits these days. =P

Just summer jobs.

My landscaping career ended when everyone was let go because the employer baught a new machine and could do all our jobs just as fast as we could.

Here's hoping the current job lasts longer, given I don't kill myself on boiling water/light myself on fire or something.
