WTF with Lo and mal rune being so popular all the sudden for ladder

becuase El Sol Dol Lo = fort

fort is a ladder only runeword

once ladder resets they can sell the forts for alot in NL

I dont play ladder.
But Mal is almost worthless in NL.

So you think that the ladder runewords will still work!? I though they just gonna get inactive.

Im not sure what you mean?
Once the ladder resets all of the characters just get converted.
The items on them stay.
Thats why its so hard to get a spirit on NL.

I see but this makes no sense. You can't make the runeword " grief" for non ladder but you can have it when ur char gets NL. Blizz should just make all those items inactive ( like if you put random runes and you get only the bonuses that the runes give).

the reason they do it is to change the economy in NL

when L resets, all characters [and items on them] change to NL, L items come to NL, it makes a fluxuation in the economy, helps keep things from settling down into a rut.

I like the way it is here on NL.
The economy pretty much sucks.
But its good fun trying to get a spirit. Which really you could make in Ladder form 2 countess runs.

I would wait maybe a month or so.
You know everyone is gonna want to be trading there ladder gear to all the NL followers.
Thats why im stocking up in the begining when they're cheap. Then selling them later on for GG.
