it looks like a very sophisticated level calculator that tells how many monsters u need on an average to kill

both of them are calculators, first is for monster levels for mfing, second is for weapon break points

thats definitely NOT an item editor ... that looks like a useful program that calculates breakpoints, tells a player their ias with cetain weapons etc, letting you know experience levels in certain spots, and base speeds of weapons.

Ive never seen or heard of it, but it looks useful.
