Thats not very rare, Considering I have gotten 2 Lidless's From meph at one time,

i have seen many doubles drop at the same time from the same monster. i just forgot which items they were.

it's the unique that can only drop once that actually happened to me twice or three times already its always that same armour

unique can drop twice from same monster i believe

It isn't uncommon to get two of the same drops from a monster.
