WTF i lost a lot

I was MF runnin to meph and when i got to him, i died, but i put on a second set of items just to get there and make a tp, since i didnt have a shield, i died again, but that body wasnt even there. i lost bk ring, soj, arach sash, uped perfect guardian angel, wizspike, and shako. WTF WTF WTF WTF
