WTF Happened to Prismatic items?

I've been trying to offer the 7/4 Soul Drainer Vambraces along with a 6/5/4 Dual Leech Prismatic ring and I can't even get a f'in mal rune for them.


WTF HAPPENED TO DUAL LEECH ITEMS IN 1.10?!?!?!?

Nobody needs leach, i would rather go with a raven spiral than your ring..
