When I see screen shots. I see items that look like starfall in the invetory? I also see taks bar please tell me that person was playing in window mode and the graphics screen is like war3/d2 when launched. Also how fun is it 1/10 I've played ff11 is it better than that? I may start playing this game once I get the rest of the parts to my new pc put together.

It's a fun game overall, takes a lot of time to level up your character. Once people are high levels, there will be lots of Horde vs Alliance raids.

starfall? thats moonfire. it does initial damage and then damage over time. the graphics are far superior to d2 and wc3, no matter how the screenshots look to people. FFXI was a joke compared to this MMORPG, dont even compare it to such a crappy game. its probably just me though, i really hate that game...

really though, get WoW, the first month is free i believe. if you dont like it, get cancel your account and return the game. better yet, get the cd key, then refund your game.

Yeah a little different spells but the same icons as warcraft so we think of them as the real spells in warcaft .

The leveling is much faster than FFXI, The thing about FFXI, is that you couldnt get anything done unless you had 3 hours of time to play constantly. In WoW, you can hop on for 30mins and still feel like you acomplished something. In FFXI you have to farm/level/quest all seperatlly, and the only way to get xp is to fight 500 crabs until you level. In WoW, you can quest/farm/level all at the same time, and the quest rewards are actually useful, unlike FFXI where the only reason to do quests was for fame. ALso, the WoW battles are also MUCH faster paced and more interactive than FFXI battles (using 10 abilities per battle as opposed to 2). Overall, WoW > FFXI. And dont forget the whole PvP aspect too.

I had no problem getting to level 25 in the first 4 days. Granted, I was playing with a LOT of closed beta players, who knew where everything was, I have slowed down some now that I have hit the 30's working on trade skills alot. This is one character mind you, if I had several they would all be lower level.
