World War 3?

I am seriously convinced that world war 3 is coming sooner than later.

The reason behind me thinking this?
The violence in the middle east is rapidly growing. The stream of car bombings, people being held captive, terrorism, gun fights and other things such as this has been growing.

Now that America and Britain are becoming involved, I wonder how long It will take until the situation in these parts of the world grows out of hand.

If any of you know anything about Nostradamus, then you'd know that he supposedly predicted what he called "3 antichrists". The first two descriptions have been fairly well matched, Napoleon and Hitler (who he referred to as Hister.) Nostradamus predicted somebody by the name of Mabus would start a 27 year long world war worse than anything we have seen yet. He hinted at Mabus wearing a blue turban.

I am not saying I believe these prophecies, because he was quite possible the vaguest man alive. However, It is becoming evident that the problem in the middle east will not fix itself.

What are your thoughts on this? Do you think that the world will every experiance something like world war 2? Weapons have also become much more advanced.. if something does brake out, it would be scary to think how much damage would occur.

Not to be negative, just something that's on my mind. I look forward to seeing your thoughts...

did you know that the names of hitler, napleon, osama binladen and several others as well as september 11th have been found in the bible using the bible matrix? yet that doesnt prove that the bible predicts things in the future. Nostradamus said that 3 antichrists would reign...from what i can remember, the names were NOT exactly the names of 3 people...but if this is true, that someone soon will start a 27 year war, then perhaps predestinationism is a right way of thinking?


no i dont believe world war 3 is soon. But if it were...i personally think john kerry would be responsible for it. im not going to say why because ill get people in here saying, u r liek dumbass, bush kill everyone...

If there was a WW3, the planet would be dust. That's it. It's somewhat funny, in a morbid way. We have missles that can hit the head of a pin halfway around the world, but we really don't need that sort of precision. We can say "Just drop it near there, the blast'll get 'em."

Interesting link, although i'm not too sure of it's credibility.

I never thought about the prospect of world war 3.. I guess until I read the nostradamus stuff and realized that it actually is possible, PROBABLE even.

yes, of course, we can see the future. Even if that "big man" wanted a war, he/she would need the support of the country to even try a war nontheless ww3. I think america isnt in the condition to fight another world war.

what we would lose if world war were declared(again) are several freedoms. Freedom of speech would likely be one of them, there wouldnt be privacy, right to bear arms would be played around with, right to protest would probably be nearly killed too! but i dont really see a full war coming anytime soon. what i do see is that if kerry is elected, a possible removal of firearms

I beleive highly that we are in a new age of war "Terrorism" don't know if this ill be WW3 but I do know we can not fight this effectively what so ever. I have seen first hand what is going on in Iraq. I think that should be stopped, and we should concentrate on Bin Laden. This so called "war on Terrorism" and the biggest terrorist of modern times is going unchecked for the most part. Their is deffinitly something going on in the world lately. From South Koreians with WMD in the works, to children being held hostege in Russia, ten year olds blowing themselves up in the name of god. Something big is going to happen and its not to far off IMO. Just hope we survive.

Since the USA has taken the position of the policemen of the world there have been no major wars, so I doubt that a WW3 will happen. The US tries to stop things before they become a major problem.

But look at Korea, they are working on a nuclear bomb program, they don't like everyone around them, and they have a ruthless leader who is as cruel as Stalin was. So yeah, i think its Korea, or China, Chinese have been buying a lot of modern Russian technology lately, i wander why. I think that conflict might begin with China and Russia starting a war becasue of Chinese who are illigaly immigrating in Russia and are over populating our far east. Well.. Canada would probably oppose a war.. like we did with the Iraq issue. But lets say we were attacked, our allies would probably consist of America, Britain and other European nations like Germany.
