ok, i posted this same info on some other d2 forum and they just closed it and said i was spamming to get my post rating up... i did ONE post.. anyways, maybe you guys can appreciate it or help me out with it..


Ok this guy is selling a working dupe on closed USEAST b.net. i can pm is account but he is ONLY selling it. he wants $1000 plus for it. i paid good attention to what he did...

he dupes every item i handed him 50+ times... he let me keep them, and he even showed me which ones did not perm...

he is using d2hackit and a "duping" module...

he goes to charsi and sells the item and buys it back OVER AND OVER... once he has done his thing, anyone can buy the items from charsi... he has to be NAKED and he has to be wearing the item to dupe..

if any of you have seen this please respond... ask me questions and i can reply... im hoping this dupe goes public soon...

This guy is telling the truth, I saw it today on USWest and have screenshots to prove it, I have about 30 bugged string of ears and many new hacked sorc amulets. It has something to do with NPC's. This isn't bullshit there is a real duping hack out, anyone who says there isn't is full of shit

hmm $1000 is a heftly load for d2... how much will he take to dupe em like 12 times? but wait... are you guys sure this isnt some horrible scam? i mean shit thats $1000 dollars in jeporady here. sometimes there are times when you shouldnt take risks like this.. and this is probably one of them.

scam i doubt it, i talked to him again today. i had him show me once more. i gave him some random ammy i got in cows. he went to charsi and did his thing, he sold a TON of this ammy to her.

i had a good million gold on my sorc and i looked at charsi while he was duping.... her misc tab FILLED with the ammy, i bought a couple and left and came back, i still had them... i told him thanks and left... it all seems pretty legit but i cant pay the $1000-$1500 he wants...

he will also talk to you on the phone with you if you like... i dont think its some spectacular scam.

he has stopped duping good items infrong of you, he will dupe then SHOW you, but he isnt duping good items anymore, he has had problems with ppl just taking the items and leaving...

i dont know his account, only his chara name... i cant think of it right now.. ill post if i remember it

the module is just dupe, one time he tried to load it up and typed .load dupe, but d2hachkit wasnt loaded... ya it will be public in like a few days i bet...

lol..its just a expansion on the gheed dupe..it will be arround for maybe 1 week before thay patch it is the charsi dupe..it does the same thing pot matrix does but instead of gold it fills your inventory up with items instead of gold..it sniffs the npc id and the player id and the sending and recieveing packets of the item..so it dupes your item by seling a fake copy(image) to charsi then it buys it back(which makes it perminant because it recieves a item id)..there that pretty much explains all u saw

there not that hard if u know c++ and maybe some java might even help..but u need to know alot about the packets in diablo 2..thats the hard part!

heh, lately i have been trying to understand these packets. but its like you said, thats the hard part. im sure that i will figure them out though.

yah there very hard to understand..u have to find where the character id coencides with the packets!..that takes a while
