Woah, wasnt in .09

Today i was doing meph and i found this Unique jewel, this is really new to me since in .09 when i used to pwn d2 jewels only went up to rares.

This jewel says +4% lightning skill damage, does this mean that it works with skills?(ex. nova)

Yep, those are facets, new in 1.10. When I get home I'll find you a good page with all the changes in 1.10.
