I s'pose it's for people who hate lots of cords around, since the back of your PC has enough as it is.
I'm one of those people, I get wireless everything for my PC, wireless mice, routers, keyboards, and I might get the wireless internet, but thats pointless ince the cords are all so close anyways.
Oh ya, dont' forget to stock up on batteries if you get wireless, just so you don't have to buy more later.
Buying batteries for wireless mice can get quite expensive...get yourself a wireless mouse with rehargeable batteries (like the mx700/mx900, they recharge when you're not using them in the cradle thing)
The only reason why I would go with cordless over corded is if you seriously can't handle one extra cord. For cordless the Logitech MX700 should suit you fine. For corded go with the Logitech MX510.
Just get an optical mouse.. It's the best thing i've bought for cheap. Then you can take out your mouse ball and throw it at some one.. Those ****ers hurt when they hit..
The reson i enjoy wireless mice/keyboards is, i like to plug my computer into my TV, so that i can surf the web from my bed. A nother reson is, Cords, if your a gamer, play with a corded ( i bought 2, i found this out when i got pwnt in CS while looking for batterys.)
SH1Ft make sure to use a cordless mouse when you play me in cs, fyi my name is jacktheripper, i need some xtra kills... oh and fyi if i were going to get another mouse i'd go with alienware
their built for gaming
