Wireless help!!

Okay wel i went and picked up a netgear for wireless and I set it up on my man pc in the living room. Well. I have a another pc in my room with a wireless attachedment and it connects but doesn't get interent. I tried my wii/360 and they both work. I mainly need it for my pc in my room for pron and music...The help for netgear blows so i seriously need someone expertise here. I think i don't have my pc in my bedroom setup for it? I mean i got internet with it on my other router but not this one. Havn't been able to try my laptop. I not getting that back for a week or so.

So the PC in your room is definitely connected to the new router, but the internet isn't working? If you're not sure try connecting to it using the default 192.168.0.1 or whatever your default is on the router. I would just reset the router, repair the connection, and hope for the best. If it's definitely connected, but the internet isn't working I'm not sure.

yea its connecting to the router...but then i get limited or not connection status..

So you can connect using the default IP of your router, but the internet isn't working?

Well if it was me this is about the time I would start Googling.

Do you get like an ip conflicting error?

no...everything connects fine....it aquires address and everything....but no internet. And since this pc is where the router is i know the net is working. I duno its giving me a damn headache though.
