Windowing Full-screen Programs

I know that in some programs, you can add the -w at the end of a shortcuts target (i.e. - .exe" -w), but in other programs, you cannot, i.e. Starcraft. Im wondering if there is a code for it in C++, or a simple thing you can add to the code, or anything, in open for it. thanks.

if you can read whatever sc is writen in go read it and try and mod something :/ other than that you can just press the windows logo button and screw around with it, oh and if your using a mac its really ez mac symbol+m but your probably not since noone uses a mac anymore
