Wind Claw?!

Ok a friend gave me one of these today. I play SC/NL and i've never, ever seen one. Is it a ladder only item?

Also, does anyone know a good build that would work around one? It looks like a sexy claw.

yes. i looked into it and the claw has a bunch of +skills but its not from the runeword. nvm that.

and it doesn't suck IMO.. kinda cool mods.

yes it does suck pretty bad, a good waste of sur rune.

yeah i think wind was voted like the most useless runeword or somethin, but yeah its a waste of a sur

Wind has some flashy Mods. That's about it as far as I can tell.

imo, great wep for a kicker that already has sufficient CB/OW/DS. the 40% IAS works good with the claw, and the 15 fhr and -50 defense works in your favor. But i do agree, a wasteful use of a Sur ><
