Will this sorc build work?

i'm trying to make a fire sorc with sub ice spells... will this work?


FIRE:
firebolt: 15
fireball: 15
meteor: 15
fire mastery: 20
blaze/inferno/firewall: 1
warmth: 1

LIGHTNING:
static: 1
telekinesis: 1
Teleport: 1

COLD:
nova/bolt/blast/spike/blizzard/frozen armor/mastery: 1
orb: rest...

equip:
1st wea: ocu
1st shield: spirit (monarch)
2nd wea: eshuta's temper
2nd shield: lidless
amu: tal amu
belt: tal belt
helm: shako
boots: waterwalk (working on war travelers)
armor: vipermagi

plz tell me if there was anything u would change...

your fire would be weaker than any other fire sorc; your orb would be weaker than any cold sorc; so i'd say stick to 1 spell; there are meteorb builds in the sticky i beleive, so i'd start by seeing that
