Im makeing a PvP barb. .
The gear is like this(dont have it all right now)

Armor: Duress.
Weapon: The Grandfather
Shield: Storm shield.
Helm: Arreat's Face
Belt: Verdungo's Hearty Cord
Gloves: dont no give me a good idea.
Boots: dont no give me a good idea.
Rings: Angelic(both)
Amu: Angelic.
... Is this gonna work ?

yes i would, maybe not good, but it would

gloves: dracs, rends
boots: gore riders

I assume your only going vs melee.

And GF is too slow, you should try getting something with more speed.

For gloves, I would use dracs unless you get a weapon with good ow, for boots travlers or riders

if you're nl, you could get a FBB, if you;re ladder, try getting a razor edge

Carry P or Hi raven for cbf.

Even if you melee, 1 hit will freeze you for short amount of time anyway,

so raven, angelic ring, and angelic ammy'd be a good idea.

In my opinion, rends is better off than dracs for ww barbs.

being frozen helps ww - more hits over a smaller target, so if he's going melee he doesnt want a raven.

the ow from drac would be more beneficial than the ed from rends if your weapon doesnt have decent ow

U say grandfather have slow attack speed. then i just socket it with a Sheal rune
(would that be a good idea?)

You still don't hit the last frame though. For pvp, a fury bb would be the best non eth weapon

I'd use dusk or archon, doesn't really matter

for duress i would say get an armor that you can just barely wear, since it doesnt really matter what armor it goes in, i doubt you want to ever sell it
