Alright heres the story, i decided to go do some runs with my sorc, so i go in kill meph...get the soj message...so i stop...and wait...and wait so far heres my times

1hour and 18 mins waiting
4716-4793 soj count

now my question is....will he spawn!?

The question you have to ask is "are there people on your same server selling SOJ's to the merchants?" If in fact people have gathered on the same server from a DCLONE forum then you have a hell of a chance that SOJ's will keep being sold and that eventually he WILL appear. That is how I keep getting Anni's. I go to another forum that people have setup to direct everyone to a certian server to sell soj's so that he will spawn.

learn to play cuz selling sojs is the only way for dclone to spawn

selling sojs on the serv .34 (exmple) will make dc spawn in both non-ladder and ladder so you sell nl sojs and you get a ladder anni

Correct. If someone is on the same server as you, NL or Ladder and they begin selling OH say DUPED SOJ's (DUH!) then he will spawn depending on how many SOJ's have been sold and how many SOJ's keep being sold. It is random out of 90 soj's. He could spawn on the first sold which is unlikely or the 90th soj sold. BUT people DO have to physically sell SOJ's to merchants in order for him to spawn.
