I agree it's not really like the real thing. Playing the sports in real life is a lot harder and takes more effort... but it is fun and still a pretty decent workout.
It depends of what other training and/or sports you do. If you already play a decent sport such as tennis, or run a mile each day: stay away from this. If you are just as flexible as a broom: give it a go. It should be great for getting out of your lazy chair, but real training requires going outside. And no bringing you Wii into the garden.
