Why the hell..

Ok..in Diablo II my FPS for the past 5 days has been 2..2 FPS..

I thought it was just odd lag or something so I'd restart my comp..didn't help. I thought maybe I should reinstall..didn't help.

Then I thought maybe if I update my graphics card drivers..didn't help.

Right now I'm downloading the newest version of Direct X..which I doubt will help.

I also thought it was just BNet..so I tried single player..didn't work.

I opened up SC and played lag free on Bnet..

So I dunno what the hell the problem is, but I thought maybe one of you did..wtf?

It's not my video card because D2 ran fine for years on this peice of shit..it's an 8MB ATI RAGE IIC..still..it just now is ****ing up..

Hate to say it but you may need to break the bank for an upgrade.

Heh, definately. You dont need 256MB now, cuz no game needs it yet, but id definatley go a 128MB.

Honestly..if all else fails, reinstall windows. Usually works.

One of my 7 comps in the room right now has one, it will still improve graphics overall, and like video quality ect. I would get a new car anyway, if you are still having problems do what roach said.

Frames per second. For 3D games, you want 60..for movies you want 28-30.

The reason people say it's your hraphics card is because your graphics card is a piece of crap.

I think, quite frankly, that you got extremely lucky that it worked on that thing.
