I like the SCV, it just looks so nice when you get into late game, all your bases are mined out, so you gather 100 of them and send them along with all your units. Looks like such a huge army.

I love the Dark Archon, as it can kill 5 high templars in a row. That just gotta own. Then comes the Ghost, also love him, very good vs toss if well used

And the third is possibly the Science Vessel.
