Yo i think the highest character is Jamella..Act4 the person on the west side.. i mean rofl shes like "Hail to u champion" in like a very wierd voice..
And when u look at her shes like doing wierd magic in the air.. im like rolling on the floor crying and laughing.

The second highest is Malah in act5 shes like SANATIONS?!?!?! BUTTSECKS?!?!!

highest lvl character is definantly Qual-Kek or however u spell his name. common he trains lvl 82+ barbs and he has a armor no one knows about. either him or natalya who i never see anymore. how do u see natalya in act3? shes gone, or is she there only for a quest to talk.
