I like techno...

Trance remains my favorite genre, and shall forever be exactly that, however I do like the occasional techno, and many other offshoots of that type.

Techno DOES have a minor amount of songs worth listening to, but... trance and hard rock/metal is all i ever listen to.

I find that pop culture tends to break into the subculture groups, and find new ways of exploiting the pros and cons of that group, only to abandon it when the music has been played out, and people like Carson Daly complain to their managers that the people of that group are too riff-raffy for them.

Drugs is one extension of that pop-culture invasion. When I tell people I'm going to a rave, the first question I'm asked is,"Do you have drugs?"

Raves have been plagued with drug addicts for years, and it's not me concerned for what people think of me, but just the fact that some people can't listen to trance without taking something.

This isn't a flame directed at you fub33. You said that trance rocks, then simply added that on the end. I just have some frustration from something else built up, and this was one of the first posts I found since that event...
