Which merc should i get?

if my merchant kills the boss.............. then does it count as my merc's mf? cause that would suck... or does it add up to mine

its mercenary, not merchant. it adds the mf from his and your items.

use act 2 it shares Auras and the MF adds to yours if it kills

act 2 then? i was reading somewhere that act 5 would be better seeing as they are more likely to stick it out i took an act 2 merc in blood moor (merc from hell and hell blood moor) he stuck a while but then got slaughtered now im thinking it was bad equiptment? or do act 2 mercs need some help even in blood moor (i guess im sposed to be doin the most killing in the first place but hey im lazy)

use nightmare act 2 offensive merc. (Might aura help his damage) give him reapers toll, Talls mask, and shaftstop then work up as you can afford rune words for him.

this is what I use on my MF bliz sorc and at lvl 85 he rarely dies.

how does the skill level effect mercs? like does it ever use lvl 20 prayer?
and also does holy freeze immune to cold monsters?

Holy freeze affects cold immunes. Just like hammer. Also, my set-up would also work on a freeze merc. I'd use it instead of the dremis' set-up. Except replace the dream with a gaze. That'll give all the life steal you need

What does a Blizz MF sorc need with a holy freeze merc?? Sorc has own freeze.

What does a Blizz MF sorc need with Difiance merc?? Sorc shouldn't be getting hit. (Casts blizz while merc tanks.)

Might greatly increases merc damage!! Meaning merc can kill everything except physical immunes.

Just my opinion of course but I see no reason to use anything other than might merc and the equipment I stated is poor man's stuff till one can afford to upgrade to something better or becomes RICH enough to afford the rune word stuff everyone says to use.

The merc will already have concentration ( His weapon ), thorns ( His armour ). Might is a good bet, but I'd still use holy freeze.
