Hey, I'm level 20 NE Rogue, and I really need to get to level 26 so I can use my Butcher and Emblazoned Hat + Not get owned in WSG. Any suggestions where to grind?

Don't grind, quest. Questing until about level 35 is the fastest way to lvl. After that, do what you want.
