... a thing that makes a fake "Cheat Enabled" message. Not the one with chatting and posting a load of spaces.... a hack that can post a system message saying Cheat Enabled or Nuclear Launch Detected.

Use to be on a program called Damnation with something called Damned666.. I think. Now that SC is patch 1.12b, I don't know.
