Where to d/l latest Jamella?

Greetings all. I haven't been able to find on this forum an addy to d/l the latest version of Jamella hero editor. Can somebody help me out here? Or maybe there isn't a latest version. I believe my version is 5.3, but I could be wrong about that, havent played for about a month. Any help would be appreciated. Take it easy.:shoot

Doesnt work for 1.10, dl hero editor instead.
