Where is pindle found

where is pindle and what wp do i need to get to him

You find Pindleskin in the red portal in town of act 5 (he is the boss in the end of that room). You have to finish the quest "Prison of Ice" and then talk to Anya. To keep the red portal up you shouldn´t kill Nihlathak (quest "Betrayal of Harrogath") or if you do you shouldn´t get the "Halls of Pain" wp. If you do both -> the red portal will dissapear and you can´t get it back (which means you have to start a new character or you have to run backwards through Halls of pain....etc, but it takes to much time to do).
