Where does wartravelers drop?

I've never seen wartravelers before, where would u get it from baal hell?

its all random... u can find them anywheres.... my bud found some from worldstone lvl 3... i have found tehm at meph and baal... hell if u got lucky u could probably find some off the fallen in act 1

I found some out of a chest in act 1 hell one time... that always blows my mind because I usually ignore chests. I wonder how many uber items I have walked right by and never knew any different....

Be careful, because a lot of information about unique drops and monster levels in that site (d2data) are totally WRONG.

The area level thing has strongly modified the "finding concept" and the possible drops in each place of the game.
