where do u find the vipier headpiece

In the claw viper temple level 2 is it?

but where is that

Goto Lost City and find the exit path that leads to the Valley of the Vipermagi or something like that.

The valley is a very small area with no enemies except maybe a fire tower and has an entrance to the temple there.

BTW- Watch out for those crazy lizards down there with that charge attack.
