Have you searched for WAV files through the internet? But most of the good sites have already switched there WAV files to Mp3s. But if you have the sound you want, you can always record them and do it that way.
I use Windows Xp and 98. Then I click on start. Then I click on Accessories. Then click on Entertainment. Then sound recorder. And you can make your WAVs from there. (Oh yeah! You need a mircophone too.) You can buy some for as low as $0.99
What do you expect when you make your own WAV files. Not trying to be mean but, do you expect your WAV files to be in high quality. Well anyways, if you have a nice studio or a sound recorder room thats a different story.
