i think its not going to be soon. it takes a lot of time even to make a patch, not an entire game...

well im sure iw wont be coming out until 2005.anyway, im sure ppl will buy it just because they had to wait for this one for so long and it will be something very good if it took a lot of time to make it so blizzard will get to make a lot of money.... >.<

oh my god i just cant wait until d2 comes out. But kittiekitty is definetely correct on the 2005 thing. blizzard hasnt told anyone anything about d3 so anyone that says they have are lying bad! Plus blizzard is working on Starcraft: Ghost and it wont be out until next year and then the next game they aim at making is Warcraft: War of the Worlds that will be coming out late 2003 or early 2004. So d3 if they put any effort into changing it at all from d2 are going to have to take a good year and a half to two years.

the only reason i say that it will take so long is that if anyone is a fan of gta 3 then you know it was an awesome game and unique among most other games.....but a year later there was vice city and i know it was fun and the cars and munition were awesome but it just wasnt what i expected... for one the main missions that you have to complete to beat the game are EXTREMELY short. i beat the game in 2 days not even playin full time. the only reason the game can be long is because they loaded it with strange and sometimes aggrevating sidequests that made you feel more of a hirling instead of a member of a gang. and sorry i got to talking about vice city on a diablo website but that just really PISSED ME OFF.

I say the reason their taking so long to get out wit d3 is because they want more ppl to buy d2 see how fun it is THEN relece it in 2005 so they will make more cash! They probably already made it!

I think it will be soon but not d3, an extra exp to d2... i mean... you know the sims have like 5 exps and they came out fast 2 in a year-- You know starcraft? Its been out since 1994? i dunno but then d2 came out in 1998 or 99 i dunno and brood war came out in 1998 and then LoD came in 2001... i dont know i think their working on starcraft II ( YES!!! ) and another d2 exp to make gamers more pantient as they work on d3, who knows... World of warcraft is coming out and in a short time after WCIII, I think blizzard is working on different projects sepperately rather can concentrating on 1...

where did you hear about diablo 3?
it's not on the blizzard site and the have all their plans for the next 2 years on it,

so if you think theres going to be a d3 then your outta luck

well...no one can say if there will b a d3 or not...cuz obviousli, no one here works for blizzard, but we're hoping to have one out cuz diablo has been a part of my life for a long time now, and i wudn't want to lose that precious feeling...yet, no words have been made by blizzard that diablo3 is going to b out...
