Whats with this error???

I don't know why but for some reason i always get this error that says something about. You are not temporaliy able to connect with this account or something. i always get it. and i have to wait a while to log in again. What is it? and how do i solve this problem?

and how do i solve this problem?

1. Just wait about 5mins or sometimes up to couple hours..
2. This ban is based on IP.. so..
   a) if you have dynamic IP: release and renew your connection.
   b) you can use socks ( http://battleforums.com/showthread.php?t=99045 ).
