Whats up with this lag?

So there has been lots of lag on USWest today... anyone know whats going on with it? Was there a public dupe released or something? I'm pretty sure everyone has been feeling the lag all over bnet, I've gotten it in every baal run game and even in private games when I went to xfer items. Everyone I've seen is also saying they have experienced lag in every game all day long.

yea i think i have too not that much though been on mirc all day its those hackers lagging the servers

i had to stop rushing kids half way thru for their forge because it was too laggy.
