Whats mitril spurs, and the glove enchant?

the spurs do more than the carrot, id say the spurs are around 5%?

Well I believe when I'm on my epic (100%) the carrot, spurs and gloves all together add I believe 20%... but I'm not positive.

Spurs and glove enchant add 4% each, carrot is 3%, run speed enchant is 8%.
