Whats the difference between stings mh and regular version?

i cant tell the difference between stings mh anf the regular version. Can someone tell me?

One of them is more undetectable, since its a gui, n isnt in ur d2.

The other one show the monster on ur map, wel lthe gui one shows it on the gui not in the d2.
