Whats the best merc weapon

Ok I have a few runes to make some nice runewords but my question is whats the best for a act 2 merc as far as weapons go.

Beast
BotD
Famine
Is their something better then these let me know.

All three are good, but what works best for a merc. I use a perfect Gaze with poison die facet and eth shaft. He will be for my werewolf druid who has fury and venom.

Yes, but the Reapers Toll has Decrepify, and is alot cheaper. I say save the runes and get an eth reapers toll.
