I could find out some one's ISP call them and tell them that the person is "being bad". They won't do nothing about it. Trust me 10-50 bucks every month is all they are worried about. Of course if there was some news coverage about it or legal action taken they would bitch out and pull the plug on the User. Other Wise they couldn't give a rat's ass less.
