Whats a uber smiter??

Ya this is a NOOB queston but can someone plzzz take the time and tell me what a Uber smiter is and how to make one and what gear and all the other stuff you need for him. And is a uber smiter a good pvp and pvm or just a good pvm.

bascally a smiter that runs ubers i think its bascally trhe same to a normal smiter guide atm mine is useing CoH for armor Eth exile tgods n the rest is s#@t getting grief n dracs soon n waterwalks or w/e they called andys vis at 83 cant decided outta that or shako bascally a normal smiter guide then comes to CoH or enigma my personal fav is CoH i reckon tis a betetr alround armor n for pvm but pvp defintly nigma
