Ill edit your option for you. I went with other because eth Zod +2 Valor would probably be a better choice. Fortitude wouldn't be a bad choice though.

i just like stone cuz its good for melee chars all around, i 4got what fortitude does... so my opinion might change.

Fortitude > all.

Tons of defense, 300% ed, resists, max lit res, defin8ly the best armor for every melee char (and bowazon, too). Very nice mods on this new runeword (ladder only).

Duress, Stone, CoH are also gr8 options.

Exile is best, but now in Ladder there's also Phoenix, absolutely pwn4ge shield for Zealots.

Going on stats alone, that's a tough decision. Both shields have their large advantages. If price is the concern though, I'd go with Exile. About the Um'd SS...sorry, not even close to either.

wow Phonex is nice.. I like the lvl 13 redeption Aura and the ed and Blessed shield can make up for the missing +block rate.

Phoenix > Exile IMHO =) redemption and its dmg is total pwnage, tho you may lack in defence,

I dont know, fortitude? I think Stone's better.. well its 60% FHR really helps, however if you can make up for FHR from other items.. I dont see why you should exclude fortitude..

i disagree with all... i go with 160/60 w/ life....

the best is 160/60, berber coa, doom, exile, gore riders, w/e rings, highlord, dracul's grasp, and verdungos

i go with teh fortitude, the 300 Edamage is just sick
nd the resis is also not bad, 25-30
2bad u cast chillly armor when struck, it would b really cool if u did cast shiver amro
but a runeword can't have it all....
the +life can also be handy.......
