What time does the ladder restart?

First I was told 12 Midnigth bnet time..
Then 12 Noon bnet time..
No sometime between 3 and 6 Bnet time.. does anyone know?

It has NOT been announced yet. I HOPE it will be after I get home from work, but it most likely won't.

Does suck, been waiting since 9:00 am to play the ladder. I hope those guys don't "surprise" us and reset it at 23:59 PST!
